Thanks for your tips on finding a good fitness plan. I was looking into getting some exercise equipment and I decided to start with something small that I could use at my home. I think that if I had a treadmill I’d be able to get a full workout (especially with all the kids running around that I have to keep up with, carry around, and lift over furniture every day!) But I’m thinking about getting an elliptical now so that it will have less impact on my knees.
